Home delivery
For most plans, a partner pharmacy can dispense and ship your treatment to your door. Plain packaging, tracked delivery.
Local pickup
Prefer your usual pharmacy? Your eScript is sent as a token (SMS or email QR code) you can take to any participating pharmacy in Australia.
Cold-chain dispatch
For treatments that need to stay cold, partner pharmacies use validated insulated packaging delivered by Australia Post Express or equivalent.
HOW eSCRIPTS WORK
A token, not a piece of paper.
Since 2024, Australian prescriptions are issued as digital tokens through eRx Script Exchange. You receive a unique token by SMS or email — your pharmacy scans it to dispense. The token is locked to one dispense at a time, and your repeats arrive as fresh tokens.

Can I use my regular pharmacy?
Yes. Your eScript is yours; you can take it anywhere in Australia that's set up for eScripts (almost all are).
Is there a price difference between partner and non-partner pharmacies?
Pricing varies by pharmacy, like any prescription. Partner pharmacies may negotiate competitive pricing for Fusenite patients but you're never required to use them.
What if my pharmacy doesn't have stock?
Tokens can be transferred. Your care team can help you locate a pharmacy with stock if your first choice isn't available.
Fusenite does not own or operate any pharmacy. Partner pharmacies are independent businesses and dispense based on the prescribing clinician’s script. Patient choice of pharmacy is preserved at all times.
