WHY A PROGRAM, NOT ONE APPOINTMENT

PCOS symptoms don’t all move at the same speed.

A single consult can start a plan, but cycle regularity, skin and hair changes, and metabolic markers typically respond on different timelines — which is why review needs to happen more than once.

THE GAP

One appointment can't track the whole picture

PCOS touches your cycle, skin, metabolic health and sometimes fertility. A single consult can set a plan in motion, but can't tell you whether it's actually working across all of that.

OUR APPROACH

Quarterly reviews, for the whole year

Four scheduled reviews are included in your program — not optional add-ons — so your plan can flex as your symptoms and results change over the year.

PCOS PROGRAM

Patients starting the PCOS Program most often describe finally having a structured panel and a plan tailored to their symptoms, rather than a single rushed appointment. Response varies by symptom — cycle regularity, skin, and hair-related symptoms typically take longer to shift than metabolic markers — with quarterly review to adjust the plan.

Individual results vary. Treatment is only provided where clinically appropriate after consultation. Eligibility does not guarantee treatment.

PRICING

One program. Everything included.

No tiers to compare — the full pathology panel and all four quarterly reviews are included at one price.

Every PCOS Program includes

  • Quarterly scheduled reviews for the full 12 months — not a one-off consult
  • Unlimited messaging with your care team
  • Plan that can flex between cycle, skin/hair, and metabolic symptoms as they change

IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?

The PCOS Program isn’t for everyone.

Right for you if…

  • Irregular, infrequent, or absent periods
  • Excess facial or body hair, or persistent acne, alongside cycle changes
  • Difficulty losing weight or unexplained weight gain with other symptoms above
  • Family history of PCOS
  • Previously diagnosed PCOS wanting structured, ongoing review

Not right for you if…

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding, or currently trying to conceive (your GP or fertility specialist manages this)
  • Abnormal or unexpected bleeding at age 45+ — this needs a gynaecology referral first, which we'll arrange
  • Suspected other causes of irregular cycles (thyroid, premature ovarian insufficiency) needing broader specialist workup
  • Acute or severe symptoms needing in-person or emergency care

Final eligibility is determined by your Australian doctor during consultation. Some situations are routed to the right specialist instead — see above.

WHAT TO EXPECT

A year of scheduled care.

  1. Week 0

    Assessment + pathology panel

Online assessment reviewed by an Australian doctor. Your panel (androgens, SHBG, LH/FSH, thyroid, fasting glucose and insulin, lipids) is ordered the same day.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Results reviewed, plan starts

Your doctor reviews your panel against your symptoms — cycle pattern, skin, hair, metabolic markers — and discusses a plan tailored to what matters most to you.

  3. Month 3

    First quarterly review

Every PCOS Program includes a scheduled quarterly review, not just a one-off script — your doctor checks in on symptoms and adjusts the plan.

  4. Ongoing

    Quarterly reviews continue

Metabolic markers typically respond faster than cycle regularity or skin/hair symptoms — quarterly reviews keep the plan matched to what's actually changing for you.

HOW IT WORKS

From assessment to your first review.

  1. Take the free assessment

A few questions about your cycle, symptoms and history. Most people finish in under 3 minutes — reviewed by an Australian doctor, not a diagnosis.

  2. Speak with an Australian doctor

Your AHPRA-registered doctor reviews your assessment and, if appropriate, orders your pathology panel the same day.

  3. Get your results and a plan

Your doctor reviews your panel against your symptoms and builds a plan around what matters most to you — cycle, skin, or metabolic health.

  4. Quarterly reviews, not a one-off

Your reviews for the full 12 months are booked in from day one — because different symptoms respond at different speeds, and the plan needs to keep up.

Due to Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, we are unable to discuss specific treatment options until you have a consultation with one of our Fusenite practitioners. This is to ensure a qualified medical professional discusses all the options available to you before you make any decisions regarding medical treatments.

FAQ

PCOS Program questions.

How is this different from a general women's health telehealth consult?

Most online consults are a single appointment. The PCOS Program includes your full pathology panel, a doctor's review of your results, and four scheduled quarterly reviews across the year built into the price — because PCOS symptoms respond at different speeds and the plan needs to be revisited, not set once.

Do I need a diagnosis already?

No. The assessment and pathology panel are part of working out what's going on — we don't require a prior diagnosis to start.

I'm not sure if I need the full program — can I just get my results reviewed?

Yes — the $95 Blood Test Review is exactly for that. If your doctor recommends the full PCOS Program afterwards, your $95 is credited towards it.

Why do I need a gynaecology referral if I'm having abnormal bleeding?

Abnormal bleeding at age 45 and over needs to be properly investigated to rule out other causes before continuing with PCOS-focused care — that's a standard precaution, and we arrange the referral for you as part of your assessment.

What if I'm trying to conceive?

Fertility-focused PCOS care is best managed by your GP or a fertility specialist, so we route you there rather than treating it through this program.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no lock-in contract. You can cancel from your Fusenite dashboard or by emailing care@fusenite.com.
