THE GAP
One appointment can't track the whole picture
PCOS touches your cycle, skin, metabolic health and sometimes fertility. A single consult can set a plan in motion, but can't tell you whether it's actually working across all of that.
PCOS PROGRAM
A full pathology panel, a plan from an Australian doctor, and quarterly reviews for the whole year — because cycle, skin and metabolic symptoms don't all respond at the same speed.
Free, confidential. AHPRA-registered Australian practitioners. This isn't a diagnosis.

WHY A PROGRAM, NOT ONE APPOINTMENT
A single consult can start a plan, but cycle regularity, skin and hair changes, and metabolic markers typically respond on different timelines — which is why review needs to happen more than once.
THE GAP
PCOS touches your cycle, skin, metabolic health and sometimes fertility. A single consult can set a plan in motion, but can't tell you whether it's actually working across all of that.
OUR APPROACH
Four scheduled reviews are included in your program — not optional add-ons — so your plan can flex as your symptoms and results change over the year.
PCOS PROGRAM
Patients starting the PCOS Program most often describe finally having a structured panel and a plan tailored to their symptoms, rather than a single rushed appointment. Response varies by symptom — cycle regularity, skin, and hair-related symptoms typically take longer to shift than metabolic markers — with quarterly review to adjust the plan.
Individual results vary. Treatment is only provided where clinically appropriate after consultation. Eligibility does not guarantee treatment.
PRICING
No tiers to compare — the full pathology panel and all four quarterly reviews are included at one price.
For confirmed or suspected PCOS — a full pathology panel and quarterly reviews built in, not a single rushed appointment.
Already have recent results? A doctor reviews them with you and tells you if the PCOS Program is the right next step.
Every PCOS Program includes
IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?
Final eligibility is determined by your Australian doctor during consultation. Some situations are routed to the right specialist instead — see above.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Week 0
Online assessment reviewed by an Australian doctor. Your panel (androgens, SHBG, LH/FSH, thyroid, fasting glucose and insulin, lipids) is ordered the same day.
Weeks 1–2
Your doctor reviews your panel against your symptoms — cycle pattern, skin, hair, metabolic markers — and discusses a plan tailored to what matters most to you.
Month 3
Every PCOS Program includes a scheduled quarterly review, not just a one-off script — your doctor checks in on symptoms and adjusts the plan.
Ongoing
Metabolic markers typically respond faster than cycle regularity or skin/hair symptoms — quarterly reviews keep the plan matched to what's actually changing for you.
HOW IT WORKS
A few questions about your cycle, symptoms and history. Most people finish in under 3 minutes — reviewed by an Australian doctor, not a diagnosis.
Your AHPRA-registered doctor reviews your assessment and, if appropriate, orders your pathology panel the same day.
Your doctor reviews your panel against your symptoms and builds a plan around what matters most to you — cycle, skin, or metabolic health.
Your reviews for the full 12 months are booked in from day one — because different symptoms respond at different speeds, and the plan needs to keep up.
Due to Australian Therapeutic Goods regulations, we are unable to discuss specific treatment options until you have a consultation with one of our Fusenite practitioners. This is to ensure a qualified medical professional discusses all the options available to you before you make any decisions regarding medical treatments.
FAQ
Most online consults are a single appointment. The PCOS Program includes your full pathology panel, a doctor's review of your results, and four scheduled quarterly reviews across the year built into the price — because PCOS symptoms respond at different speeds and the plan needs to be revisited, not set once.
No. The assessment and pathology panel are part of working out what's going on — we don't require a prior diagnosis to start.
Yes — the $95 Blood Test Review is exactly for that. If your doctor recommends the full PCOS Program afterwards, your $95 is credited towards it.
Abnormal bleeding at age 45 and over needs to be properly investigated to rule out other causes before continuing with PCOS-focused care — that's a standard precaution, and we arrange the referral for you as part of your assessment.
Fertility-focused PCOS care is best managed by your GP or a fertility specialist, so we route you there rather than treating it through this program.
Yes. There's no lock-in contract. You can cancel from your Fusenite dashboard or by emailing care@fusenite.com.
